I am very collaborative and enjoy getting to understand your strengths and needs to help you meet your goals. I prioritize creating a warm, compassionate, supportive environment where my clients feel safe, respected, and actively involved in the therapy process. My goal is to use evidence-based strategies to help you strengthen your coping skills and resilience.

The fee for a 45-minute session is $185. Payment is due at the time of the session.

No, my practice is private-pay and out-of-network, meaning that I do not participate directly in insurance plans. This provides me with more flexibility to meet my clients' individual needs.
I require full payment at the time of the session and then I will provide you with a superbill after the session that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement for out-of-network benefits. It's important to check the terms of your out-of-network benefits as these benefits will vary from plan to plan.

Typically, sessions are once a week. However, the frequency of sessions depends on your needs. We will talk together about what session frequency will work best for you given your preferences and needs.
-
I offer both virtual and in-person appointments.
-
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Because of the nature of our work together, when you schedule an appointment I set that time aside specifically for you. As a result, I do charge for appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

I do not prescribe medication but am happy to provider you with referrals to psychiatrists who do prescribe medication. I am also happy to collaborate with your current provider(s).
